The environmental contest "Messages from EcoSchoolers", which was held with the support of Tegeta Green Planet, has come to an end.

The contest created on the initiative of the organization "Protect Georgia's Cleanliness" - "Messages from EcoSchoolers", was fully completed on July 7. The environmental contest, the main sponsor of which was "Tegeta Green Planet" company, was aimed at expanding environmental knowledge of schoolchildren, encouraging eco-activism, and raising awareness.

As part of the contest, the pupils participated in the creation of signs that will point our fellow citizens to the necessary environmental actions. The winners of the contest were schoolchildren of different ages from all over Georgia and each of them was awarded a special prize.

Students from all schools in Georgia could individually participate in the "Messages from EcoSchoolers" contest. To do so, they had to send out slogans on work-related topics that could easily be turned into road signposts.

The "Messages from EcoSchoolers" contest, in line with important environmental objectives, combined four main working subjects. The aim of the project is to create ecological and environmental knowledge and skills among schoolchildren. "Tegeta Green Planet" constantly tries to raise awareness among children from an early age through various activities, so that they can appreciate the significance of waste management and understand the importance of environmental protection.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the Swedish Government, with the involvement of local and international partners, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture, the Ministry of Education and Science and, the Environmental Information and Education Centre.
