For the first time this year, a debate tournament was held in Poti
The tournament was organized by the Institute of Debate and Education of Georgia on May 29 and was attended by about 100 students of debate clubs from schools in West Georgia. The event was sponsored by APM Terminals Poti and Tegeta Green Planet.

At the event, top student debaters from Ilya State University's 2024 Festival met with students from the School of Debate who are actively preparing for a national debate tournament focused on environmental issues.
