On March 24, 2024, another thematic meeting in preparation for the debate tournament was held. The students of the school met with Shalva Akhvlediani, Director of Tegeta Green Planet, and Eka Mikadze, an environmental expert.
At the meeting, the debate school students learned more about recycling practices in Georgia and Europe. The students considered controversial sides and discussed with experts the experience of international recycling.
More than 1,000 debate school representatives had the opportunity to listen to a recording of the meeting and use it to prepare for the tournament in a closed group of debaters.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tegeta Green Planet and the Georgian Institute of Debate and Education (GIDE). As a result of the cooperation, a national debate tournament on the topic of environmental protection, supported by the UN Global Development Initiative "Climate Promise" together with Tegeta Green Planet, will be held throughout Georgia for five months. This large-scale tournament aims to popularize the environmental theme, raise awareness, and deepen knowledge among young people using debate methods.
