An organization with non-profit legal person status, established individually or collectively by producers, which is given responsibility for the implementation of the EPR.
4. Who is concerned by the EPR in Georgia?
Those producers and importers who carry out the initial placement on the market of the products subject to EPR.

Collection and recycling of waste in accordance with the requirements of the waste management regulations for each type of waste;
