"Tegeta Green Planet" Becomes a Supporter and Participant of the Circular Economy Hackathon
A two-day innovative event, the Circular Economy Hackathon, funded by the Georgia Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), was held at the Senaki Tech Park, bridging the circular economy and waste management sectors with technological innovation. The primary goal of the event was to identify pressing, real-world industry challenges and develop technological solutions, prototypes, and business models to address them.
Finding technological pathways to solve these challenges is especially important for "Tegeta Green Planet" as an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) organization - efficient waste management, resource reuse, and putting circular economy principles into practice require modern, smart technological approaches and agile systems.
As part of the event, members of our team participated in a panel discussion, mentored participants during the project development phase, and ultimately selected their favorite team.
