Tegeta Green Planet supported the summer camp organized by the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). As part of the project held in Bakuriani, a special educational session was organized for young participants with the aim of raising environmental awareness, strengthening environmental responsibility, and promoting the principles of sustainable development.

The session was led by Tamar Dolidze, Head of the Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection Department at Tegeta Holding. She delivered a presentation focusing on today’s environmental challenges, the impact of climate change, the importance of the responsible use of natural resources, and the role each individual plays in protecting the environment.

Representatives of Tegeta Green Planet also introduced participants to modern waste management practices, the key principles of the circular economy, and the importance of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system.

The session continued in an interactive Q&A format, allowing students to actively participate in discussions, share their perspectives, and receive comprehensive answers to their questions. Following the educational session, participants took part in a fun interactive game and received symbolic gifts from Tegeta Green Planet.
