The director of “Tegeta Green Planet” was a participant in a meeting organized by the Waste Management Business Association. The meeting, scheduled for July 5, was attended by all three representatives of Extended Producer’s Responsibility Organizations, and Deputy Minister of Environment and Agriculture Solomon Pavliashvili. The representatives of the Extended Producer’s Responsibility Organizations presented to the participants the amount of specific waste collected by their organizations, their collection points and disposal methods.

The participants spoke about environmental and ecological problems in Georgia and ways to solve them. Representatives of the Extended Producer’s Responsibility Organizations discussed foreign experience and European examples of solving these problems. The director of "Tegeta Green Planet" Shalva Akhvlediani made a presentation to the participants and told them about the events organized by "Tegeta Green Planet" and held to raise awareness.
